  1. Latest one looks swanky inside, mk2 had bad crash reports as it was too low I think...
  2. What type of bosch s6 battery do people recommend? See link; http://www.europeanbatterysupplies.co.uk/index.php/car-batteries/bosch-car-batteries/bosch-agm-s6-car-batteries.html The story..... Got fobbed off by the garage that sold me the car eventually got another, that got destroyed last winter... Unipart went bust so out pocket with their battery! Been using a varta 096 reverse post only one failure with it, so would really like a spec for Bosch, as six year warranty id s lot better than 12 months because of what make the car is!!!! Will happily chop up a battery tray to avoid this farce... Too busy for BS !
  3. Bit of an update..... Lost all drive on motorway slip road today!!! Are these gearboxes famous for breaking? 70 ish 000 miles, im the second owner, full history, and no signs of it being used for towing! Seems to be a money pit that likes to go wrong especially when it's inconvenient!!!!!
  4. Help! This happens very rarely and did happen again today..... My 2006 grand voyager 2.8 CRD automatic gearbox type. from standstill (traffic lights) lots of jerking movements and would not drive when put in "D". Eventually got going and happened again briefly and did regain drive in "D" Car has done 73k full history and no evidence of gearbox oil change? Any ideas on what to do please?
  5. Pulled up door step Unbolted rear lower guide Popped back on guide rail /runner Test ok Refit cup of tea job done... Figured it out eventually !!
  6. I run at the highest max load on the side wall, 215/65/16 at 44psi here to slow down tyre edge wear (wheel alignment has been done correctly) Seems to work passenger front tyre seems to wear down the quickest on 2nd pair of front tyres in 15k
  7. 2007 grand voyager, in my haste to open the door manually it was come off the bottom geared runner. How do I put it back on? The door had no electrical problems before my brute force did this Now have a metallic scraping noise when pulling door manually, don't want to use the motor yet in case I burn it out. Car is RHD and it's the driver side sliding door.... Thanks in advance...
