  4. Hi all I dont think i have a problem but just thought I'd ask the question. I dont suffer with bad starting or a flat battery. All it is i thought I would check the battery and the voltage just to see what i get going into the battery when engine is running. Well i get 13.5v . Is this right i always thought an alternator gave out around 14 to 14.4v. Is my alternator running abit low My car is a 2006 2.8crd voyager Thanks Daz
  5. Make sure you fit a bypass relay as the wiring isnt ample enough to run the trailer lights .
  6. Yor bulbs should be a 501 just type 501 in ebay thete are millions
  7. Have a check on your handbrake adjustment also just drop the rear wheels off and just make sure the brake pads are sitting correctly. When i do mine the brake pad with the piece od spring steel on it i normally bend it so to release some of the pressure when it sits in the calliper. As iv seen them stick and cause the rear brakes to bind
  8. Hi you will find its the weather plus friction from the tyres as they will get warm while you drive i wouldn't worry to much Unless your getting a bad smell from the brakes
  9. Hi any sliding parts on the calipers should only have silicone brake grease. Also give the edges of the pads a file to get any paint off and so they are free in the caliper. Copper slip isnt as good as it used to be as it goes all gundgy so it makes everything stick. So silicone grease is now the way to go. Plus your wheels they will get warm due to friction from the road and the heat transfers from the normal braking of the vehicle
  10. Iv found some moog anti roll bar bushes are they anygood

  12. Hi all can someone point me in the right direction for meyle drop links and moog bushes. As iv had mone done with adl blueprint parts and theyve started k ocking again Cheers
  13. Iv had a few issues with my 2.8crd with un even idle and found yesterday its the fuel filter housing. I took the plug out and it hissed air out and was very damp with fuel. Looks like thats another job to do
  14. You say you had your car 5 months if you bought it from a dealer the law states it is cover by sale of goods act that's for the first 6 months to cover any repairs refund or replacement. Not many people know this. Please look up sale of goods act on a uesd vehicle. If you bought the vehicle private then it's called buyer beware you can't do anything
