  5. Hi, A common problem on the Voyager and Grand Voyager fitted with electric sliding side doors, is either the door failing to operate when the button on the remote is pressed, OR the door starting to open and then stopping after a short time. There are a number of different potential causes to this, but one of the most common, and easiest places to check, is the wiring loom which operates the door. It is located in the bottom channel of the door aperture. Carefully remove the wiring loom from its plastic conduit, and carefully inspect each of the wires, paying particular attention to the larger black wire. Due to the constant flexing that these cables go through when the door is open and closed, its fairly common for one or more of them to break. Should you find a break in a cable, if you are capable of soldering etc, then you can do a repair, or alternatively, you can simply replace that section of the loom. Hope that helps,Alan
  6. Hi mate, First of all turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone. On an Iphone you normally go into settings and then Bluetooth and then flick the switch to on. Then go into your car, turn on the ignition and switch on the radio. Press the Phone button and you will hear a beep and then a voice says "ready" Then say "set up phone pairing" Then follow the instructions and say "pair a phone". The car will then guide you through the rest of the set up! Hope that helps, Alan
  7. Hi mate, As of yet I am not aware of any of the usual after market outlets selling after market rear lights. Therefore your best bet is to go direct to your local friendly Chrysler parts department! If you have any trouble fitting, just post back and one of us will be able to assist! Alan
  8. Hi and WELCOME TO THE FORUM Sorry to hear that someone has damaged your Grand! Unfortunately the lens is not replaceable on its own, and you will need to replace the whole unit. Fortunately this is a very straight forward job and you should be able to save yourself some money by doing it yourself. In order to remove the rear light, raise the tailgate (boot). You will see 2 x 10mm bolts at the boot side of the light unit. Undo these two bolts. Then, pull the whole light unit straight back towards you. There are two rubber locating lugs that hold the light into the rear quarter panel and these will "un pop" as you pull the light straight back. Then simply disconnect the wiring multi-plugs and remove the unit, Hope that helps, Alan
