Andrew are the fronts easy enough - just about to do.............. How do you remove the caliper and get the piston back in - is it a wind-in job?
-
Will provide a full review when back next month! I tried to convince my eldest to buy one as his first car but went for a MiTo instead. The MOMO S ones look good in those as well.
-
Does look like that its not totally necessary from OE - although probably looks better - Not sure why it appears they deliberately went to the trouble of hiding the exhaust on non-Limited/S cars but Frank Stephenson probably thought it ruined the line of the rear.

I think it failed on all occasions on mine Mikey - although its a pretty futuristic part on the Nuova Delta (actually one of my favourite looking parts) I think its quite poorly manufactured. I recall how surprised I was in how easy it was to remove as well.

Yes - getting a fairly common failure then - Mine was the nearside as well. Pretty disappointing when you are led to believe LED's have a longer life..........

Had a quick look on eper but currently too busy on the online version. If anyone knows the part number I should be able to look it up and it should show the location although it will probably need to be the Lancia/FCA Part number rather than the Chrysler one. I'll have another look in the evening when its quieter and I won't keep getting disconnected!

Yes my box of relays appeared to be loose in the wheelarch when I first removed my lights.
And yes Tim those 'cushions' came off mine too - I re-fixed as well although as you say the bigger the gap probably the more crud! Its even worse when your car is white!
My rear fog and reserve appear intact though.......................
Captain Tolley's Creeping Crack Cure sounds like something you ask discreetly for from the chemist!
-
If it works with the alarm then the light itself is probably ok - I'll do some digging on the unit........

Yes both
-
I need to change the pads in mine soon - I know its not normally the most difficult job in the world but any "How-to" advice appreciated as not done on the Delta before................

JH88 - agreed mate - and with them being so rare here in the UK I get people telling me all the time they thought it was a new car/design
-
I reckon you'll be fine - interested to see and hear results!

Any pics lads as I don't have a BCA logon............... I thought all Ltd's came with 18" wheels? Must resist!.................

Deltisti - Tickets are now available for this years MITCAR (MIdlands Italian Car Day) for a very reasonable £5 - https://www.tickettailor.com/events/alfaromeoownersclub/273508?fbclid=IwAR3v4h9Nz8sKumo5LwXvmIqpSbounI4yPbOHJ1mOyE6uZlJuAgZbA_bdo4I
This year its at the Jaguar Classic Works in Ryton near Coventry - fortunately for me my home town - I actually used to work at that site for Peugeot Talbot!
The Classic Division maintain old historic Jags as well as build the 'new recreation models to original spec such as the recent continuation D Types and XKSS's............ Well over £1 Million each!
I will be there - not sure what in yet but would be great to see anyone else from here.

OK so might not be to everyone's taste's with the remains of the Chrysler wing but not much more you can do without getting the 'proper' ones. I have kept my eye out for many years now including on Ebay Italiana and there have only ever been cloth ones for sale. Doubt you will ever find a pair without the seats -postage for those from Roma will be nice! A few quid cloth badges sprayed Matte black to suit............

Can't recall mine did Mike? I do remember going to see family in Scotland in it and taking the brow of a hill rather too quickly putting it somewhat sideways...............with my eldest in the back who was then still in a car seat?!
-
I know that feeling! GTA's are really on the up at the moment. I had a 2.0 TS Veloce saloon - was a great sporting family car....

You can have a sit in whatever I'm in Mike C'mon can't believe you haven't got any Italians currently! Just tell the wife its for the 'current stock'
Brake Pads Choice
in Chrysler Delta

Thanks Andrew - without having the wheels off yet - presume the caliper retaining bolts are fairly obvious ones? Also do you need any special kind of brake winder - I can get away with a flat bladed screwdriver on my X1/9?
