Ypsilon fuel tank or breather pipe

Question

Hi all, like many others I’m struggling to find a replacement part for my 2013 Ypsilon. I’ve got a fuel leak as the fuel tank breather pipe has split. Anyone any ideas where I can get either the pipe or a fuel tank with one attached.

I’ve searched eBay and a number of breakers yards but no luck. The part number I have for the fuel tank is 25041231.

Any help or suggestions appreciated.

Doug

Fiat Eper gives this page for the fuel tank https://eper.fiatforum.com/en/Drawings/Detail/L/L/Y/TK/102/0/10/0/SubGroup

Then you can select from CC0.9 (TwinAir), CMBDS (diesel) or CC1.2.  Petrol ones appear the same though I haven't looked at each part but the tanks are both 51839680, diesel being 51839686.

Selecting 'GO' (& I've used the 0.9) brings you to this page https://eper.fiatforum.com/en/Cliche/Detail/L/L/Y/TK/102/0/10/0/SubGroup/51836520/1

Either way it seems parts are specific to the Ypsilon & the breather is part of the assembly so probably someone like 'ukchryslerspares' on ebay would be your best bet, they normally have a fair few being broken up

New Silicone Hoses for fuel tank breather pipe replacement .

I managed to sort this but only by having replacement silicone hoses made as a direct replacement for the plastic pipe by a specialist silicone hoses manufacturer.

they have now been delivered and fit perfectly.

had a minimum order of 10 hoses so have some left if anyone needs one. Only asking for costs for the manufacture. Get in touch if you need one.
