Looking For Garage, Essex Or East London

Hi everyone I have a  2006 Chrysler Grand Voyager Limited XS on 72k that I've had for just over a year.

 

I now need someone to look after it long term, and for an immediate need.   The rear door hoist has broken and needs fixing.  The door works fine manually of course, but I like the automatic remote opening.

 

I live in Buckhurst Hill in Essex (200 yards into Essex from East London).

Hi there and welcome pal!

 

As I said on the newbie post, I had one that did that too.never got it fully sorted.

 

Is there power to the motor? Not easy to get at, huge sections of plastic trim to remove!

 

They have a control module of their own too, yet another in the car, which has then pinch sensors in the door rubbers, and resistance sensors, just to add to the fun!

 

Oh and you've put this in the wrong year section hee hee

Oh dear so I have, never mind rules don't apply to innumerates... 

 

Motor works OK, it's just the hoist has come apart.

 

I'll put it in the right section too...
