Question

Coming home from work tonight my car just cut out in the outside Lane of the m6, bloody frightening! Got it going again after a couple of minutes and all OK till I was nearly home then it did it again. Got it started again but it went into limp home mode. When I got back did the key dance and it gave me a code p1130 which comes up as oxygen sensor problem. My question is could this be the cat has failed or the oxygen sensor itself?

P1130 is fuel rail pressure to low/high,common problems causing this would be a leaky injector, cracked fuel filter housing(don't know the proper english term but it's what you mount your filter to), fuel rail pressure valve.

The valve is the cheapest and easiest to change and solved my problem, there is a video on youtube on how to diagnose this
