Its a 3.3l v6 code: 4666503AA.Seperate gaskets available on auction sites, but rather have full set(intake included). Buying direct from an american shop/sitewould be great. Don't go off the website details, speak to them - they found it and cross referenced what I needed, after I had a wrong one from elsewhere, presumably for the earlier version. So which ones are good and which ones are useless copies made in China. Payen I would say are the best but possibly dearer. As for prices, £39 - £149 for same part. Minefield or what.
