  1. I have a burgundy Voyager LE 3.3 automatic petrol that has had an LPG conversion fitted. I has been written off by insurance after being shunted from behind on the tow bar while parked by a parked car that was hit by another car traveling down the road. I have driven it a short distance to get it off the road and personally didn't notice anything wrong with it, but was advised by the insurance assesor not to drive it in case anything broke while driving it. They carried out an on street visual inspection and said that the steering had been damaged from impact with the kerb, but not actaully broken. The insurance process has took a while and the car is SORN and off the road, it is now mine to do as I wish. As it took a while for the insurance companies to make up their minds I have since purchased a new car and would now like to sell my voyager on. I could sell this for scrap, but as it has had a LPG conversion and the only thing wrong with it might be the steering, which might be repairable by someone with the time and knowledge it seemed a shame to condemn it to the scrap yard. It's W REG (200), automatic, burgundy, 103000+ miles. If you are interested and would like more information, please let me know Steve
  2. Hi All, Sorry if this is a noob question but i didn't want to post a classified without checking first. I have a W REG Petrol 3.3 Auto Voyager with a LPG conversion, which I love dearly and have had many a good year driving. Unfortunately earlier this year it was involved in an accident where it was parked in on a road, a car hit another car which shunted into the back of my Voyager. The tow bar took the brunt of the impact but we think it bounced into the kerb and may have done some damage to the front driver's wheel and suspension. The insurance company has written it of stating that it was uneconomical to repair and after many months of not being able to drive or do anything with it they have said the car is now mine to do with what I wish. As the whole insurance thing has dragged on for many months, I have in the mean time brought a new car and therefore don't have the need or the money to repair the Voyager so I am looking at selling it on. My question is would this forum be the right place in which to do so? One reason that I have chosen to try here is that i don't think the car is necessarily ready to be scrapped just for a bit of a bang in the back and bump into the kerb and feel that someone who favours this type vehicle could get it back up and running. I also thought it might be of interest to someone on this forum due to the LPG conversion. Thanks Steve
