  1. Eibach is making Pro-Tronic, they trick the car so you don't get an error message when the electronic shock absorbers are replaced with ordinary shocks. They make them for Alfa MiTo, which I believe use Marelli suspension. But Eibach don't list them for Lancia Delta, and can't guarantee that they will work. Anyone familiar with the MiTo suspension? http://www.eibachshop.co.uk/eibach-protronic-electronic-suspension-module-am65100080122_p31222341.htm#.W2Fo5dIzaUk
  2. Could you please tell us what you have done? I'm looking into the same, as I feel my Delta dives too much under braking. I've been thinking that the sensors in the electronic dampers have a specified resistance (Ohm), maybe it's possible to trick the system by giving them a certain resistance by soldering in a resistor?
  3. I have the RSS system, and it's not ideal. I fitted Eibach springs to the RSS dampers, that was a big improvement. If you disconnect the RSS dampers you get error messages, as you know. I had to change back to the original springs for MOT, and it's a huge difference. My car is only used for a few km in the summertime so I don't have experience over many km, but it worked great for 1 season at least.
  4. Happy to help! I think the difference is that on DPF-engines you have to run a sequence to reset the oil quality sensor. The other engines doesn't have this function, so you can just reset the light.
  5. When trying to reset the light, did you go to: "Engine", "Adjustments", mark "Oil change" and hit "Execute"? I think that's the right way to do it. That's supposed to work with the ELM-cable, I think. Sorry, I don't know how to get miles.
  6. I think I experienced some of the same earlier, but I can't remember why right now. I will try to check it out tonight. Don't worry about the COM-port or baud rate, as long as you're connected it's ok. Different types of cables can access different things in the ECU (different ECUs), but I think you have the right one since you can access the other engine info. If I get the time, I'll check later today.
  7. Which engine do you have? If it's a diesel you need to do it "properly", see attached photo. Either way you can enter the milage when you changed the oil, and display the total number of oil changes. To do this you can use MultiECUScan, worth every £. I do all maintenance myself, as there's no Lancia dealer in Norway, the program is very helpful.
  8. Perfect, two new badges on their way to Norway.
  9. Looks good! How did you replace the rear side badges, on the window trim? Mine is losing it's color.
  10. Here's a picture: http://img001.us.expono.com/101617/101617-177306-d539b2_l.jpg
  11. It's mounted, 90 degrees to the direction of the car. I'll try to remember to take a photo later today.
  12. Replacing the bulb isn't that bad. I did both sides on mine a few weeks back. I started with the least accessible one, but figured out it was better to start on the other side to actually see how it's supposed to be done. Like Nello says it's a spring loaded clip. If I remember correctly you don't squeeze the clip together, but move it up or down, can't remember which way.
  13. Mine have some small marks, but not as much as yours. I don't have my Delta avaliable right now so I cant check, but the rubber stoppers that make the marks can be easily adjusted? Isnt it just rubber screws (like on the hood)? Maybe its a bit to tight, try to screw them a bit further in.
  14. I haven't driven the automatic myself, but I think an automatic gearbox would fit a Delta. If the Limited is exactly the same as the Executive you can only get as a Twin Turbo or DiJet, the DiJet is only available as an automatic, no manual. The Twin Turbo is only manual, as the automatic probably wouldn't survive all the torque. I can only say positive things about the Delta. Mine has done 75000km in less than two years now, no surprises, just the regular oil/filter changes. This is a Twin Turbo, optimized by Squadra Tuning, delivering ~230hp/450nm.

Thank you, I'm very happy with the combination. Does the Limited have the same rear seat as well? Picture here.

    Lucky's Delta Executive Twinturbo

Well, not a Chrysler, but close enough.
  17. Thank you! I will check it out. Haven't noticed those bolts, but I will have a look and see what I can find.
  18. Looks great! The way it's supposed to be. Did you notice if the Lancia logo was glued or bolted? Mine is turning grey, so i would like to get a new one.
  19. Hi, I've noticed a tiny bit of rust on these panels on my 2010 Executive Twinturbo. How do I remove them? The trim under the windows is lifted straight up, but what about the top and side trimming? I don't like the try&fail method when it comes to plastic trim on my Delta.. I'm from Norway, and there hasn't been an official Lancia dealer here since late 90's, and the Chrysler dealers couldn't care less, so it's not so easy to get these parts if they break.
