    Hi Andy
Have to say I absolutely love mine & have no intention of getting rid.  Quick, decently economical, cheap to maintain, lovely to drive & not like everbody else's.  Mine is a 1.4 Multiair turbo petrol SR model; half leather half alcantara, climate a/c, 17" wheels plus mine has reversing sensors.  I don't do diesels so the Limited or the Momo editions were not for me, though I do prefer the Momo's all black interior.
I have changed all the C-word parts to the correct Lancia items (sill plates, headrests, airbag, grille, rear badge, wheel caps, engine cover).  You can find mine on the 'Autotrader 1.4SR 16k miles' thread on here: https://www.chryslerforum.co.uk/topic/5020-on-autotrader-14-sr-only-16k-miles/
The Chrysler branding is just a weird / stupid marketing decision FCA made with these & the Ypsilon.  They had plans to finally reintroduce Lancia to the UK & Ireland with these 2 models, but with buying Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge etc combined with the 2008 economic crash Fiat bottled it.  They rebranded them as Chrysler to fit with the then-established dealer network here rather than set up new Lancia dealerships (planned to be at selected Fiat / Alfa sites).  Should never have happened - but worse was done in reverse in Europe when the Chrysler Sebring & 300C tanks became the Lancia Flavia & Thema respectively & the Voyager bus had Lancia badges stuck on it.  Vincenzo Lancia must have been turning in his grave!
If you read the thread you'll see mine actually came from Guernsey and so I'm the 1st owner here in the UK.  She'll be staying with me for some time yet, if not forever; as a lifelong Lancia fan (I'm lucky to have a mk1 Delta HF4WD as well) there is nothing I would replace her with.

I'm guessing it's because the auto function is for the road tunnels found all over Italy......and you would not need main beam as they are lit.....and dazzling oncoming drivers in a tunnel, would not end well!.....just a thought.

Well you're in the right place fella!  Welcome to our little Italy corner of the Chrysler forum!

You've probably noticed by now there's a few die hard Italian car lovers here with similar Alfa/Fiat/Lancia ownership to yourself plus tonnes of Delta specific info collected as we've all transformed our Delta's or had issues.

I get the FB UK page you've set up, and your point about forum hosting etc, I really do... I've help run enough car clubs over the years to experience first hand when things go wrong. Plus to some extent forums are dying because of Facebook and it's simplicity to post pics or attachments etc. I think where the forum still wins over fb is the ability to separate conversations and then search against them if you need to find a specific topic or issue you have. FB isn't great at that unless like AROC or Alfabook where they've had to create lots of model or regional specific group pages, and then you have to join them all. Anyway happy to contribute and help anyone as always whether it's here or on fb.

I used some carbon fibre wrap and a 60mm wheel centre badge from eBay on my engine cover. Seems to be holding up so far...

There's a thread on here of my "brand re-alignment" project.

OK so not the most elaborate solution but for a second hand £4 Thema badge and some old No More Nails..............it got rid of the 'C' word...........

No More Nails    Just a smudge - with leather being absorbant it will probably mark them for life but I'm never going to debadge it back so..................

I don't think there is. A number of suppliers list back boxes as fitting all engine variants, petrol and diesel. I've seen a nice twin outlet one that I like the look of.

Anyone ever heard pf Pro Master exhausts? a few reviews from Alfa owners who seem quite pleased with them.

The later non-waterfall Grille is the same as the Chrysler one just with the classier badge

Yes, proud owner of a 2.0 LTD - too big a job (expensive) to change mine to a Lancia so I'm sticking with the Chrysler (I prefer the Chrysler grille too)

    Hi Vincey
Excellent work going on there - keep up the good work
If you ever want rid of the Chrysler wheel centres, I'll gladly buy them - they're impossible to find anywhere

Any of you chaps planning on going to the Auto Italia Summertime Classics event in June? http://www.auto-italia.co.uk/events.asp Its the one event I always go to as its not far from me and Mrs Nello loves the place. Stanford Hall is a lovely setting with nice grounds for a picnic etc. near Lutterworth by the M1/M6 junction. I usually go in either my Coupe or X1/9 but there was a Chrysler badged Delta SR there last year with the Lancia Motor Club boys so would be interested to see the reaction to a couple of properly badged Deltas'........

I have mixed feelings about this one as it's quite pricey for what it is and since they watered it down from a purely Italian event it put me off completely. However having said that if we are having a delta 3 get together I might think about it! Not too sure that most hardened lancia fans are too bothered about the modern ones though but mine has provoked slight curiosity on occasions.

    Hi all,
The keys that came with the car were pretty ropey so I found replacement keys on Ebay, they arrived yesterday and I was able to transfer across relatively easy, it was that or watch BGT!!!

They're just adhesive, so they will stick to the strip.

Yes Nello, it is a Limited, cream leather interior, heated seats but not electric which I find strange, changed the cabin filter today the one that came out was FULL!!! huge sunroof which also was unexpected, I thought it was just a panoramic roof!
My 500X returned 48mpg in town driving and Yes sport mode is entertaining, have you found the 'G' meter??
Sorry the interior photos are poor.

    Hi Nello,
Can't find the colour sticker for the Bronze, only the sticker for the shiny black on the roof, I didn't think it was a sunroof, I thought it was just a panoramic roof!
I printed your instructions to remove the bumper and they worked very well, Thank you!!
on my previous 1.6D I managed to change the grille without removing the bumper at all but this car has many more bits attached to it,(ie: large lump of polystyrene behind the bumper.)
Car needs new discs and pads all round, the droopy undertray needs attention, but I love the car!

vincey / TJB - there is a thread somewhere on here (I can find it later if needed) where I replaced the back-box on my 1.4 MA. I used a brand new one that was advertised for a Bravo. It was an exact and identical fit - for £30 new!
I am sure if you are able to look at the T-Jet Sport back system closely you will find its identical too - I cannot guarantee I will add as a caveat - but the 1.4 MA one was.............

    Hi,

    I've recently purchased a Delta S-Series.

I've been looking for a while.  I live in Cornwall and there seem to be very few Deltas down in the South-West.

I'd almost given up and this one popped up at an auction in Bruntingthorpe.  It was the only S-Series I'd seen for sale so I went for it.

I'm into Italian cars, I've got a couple of Alfas and a Lancia MonteCarlo so this one will be given the full Lancia treatment soon.

    Cheers

What a nice place to sit in that beautiful interior! Always wanted a sunroof too! Too many cars don't have them, or they're prohibitively expensive on the options list...
