  1. Right finally got around to looking into why i am having power drain when iod fuse is in . ripped all the back out to look for a amp no joy there i think the speakers have built in amps as they have big white covers on the sides of them at the back so unplugged the speakers and stereo and dvd player all lights in side are off but still getting 0.77 on the multimeter i still got to test the driver and passenger side door speakers do them tomorrow so if anyone has any ideas why it draining or any thing else i can test it would be greatly appreciated .

  2. hi there can anyone please tell me what size or code for the light switch holders and bulbs and the one for the door mirror switch looks like the previous owners have done the hard work and fitted the old switches and looks like the wiring is all done but no bulbs or holders i have seen some that look like they might fit T4.2 neo wedge T3 neo wedge or T5 wedge or is it going to be a trip to my local chrysler dealer or has anyone tried soldering leds in any help and info  would be greatly appreciated.

  3. About two days ago i filled up my 2.5 cdr voyager with diesel the next day going to work engine started to cut out and keeps stalling starts ok after . popped into local garage and told mechanic what had happened and the first thing he said was its the crank shaft sensor i have done a few on vauxhalls and every time the engine management lights have stayed on is this the same with chrysler voyagers as i have  no engine    management  lights on and i am not sure its the crank shaft sensor that is at fault and any help and info would be greatly appreciated .

  4. Hi, just a thought, from your post indicates that you probably recently bought it..."i am beginning to think it was a bad idea buying a chrysler"

It happen to me when I first bought one.

Please see pictures attached to understand what I'm about to say:

for some reason Chrysler added an option on the ignition where it gives the driver the opportunity to extract the key with the engine running...sometimes is good but when it comes to turn off the engine and lock the car...if not enough attention is given to in what position the key was when removed, the second ACC is still on.

Where the red circle is it used to be a push button which will block or unblock the key to go to zero position.

Where the orange line is, is there where the key should be so all the electrics are off.

the blue line to the left of the orange one it keeps the car "alive", and with the key on the right of the orange line it lets the driver remove the key while engine on.

I removed mine (on both, the previous one and the current one) and never had problems since... Also, when the key removed and the driver door is opened, if you hear a buzz it means the ignition is still "on", even if the key is not in.

    Hope it helped.

yes i have got the button so if i take it out it might sort the drain out is it hard to remove.
