62TE swift issue

Question

Hello guys,

I have grand voyager 2008 195K km equiped with 62TE 6 gears transmission.
It worked well but one day during travel a problem arisen after getting into a small pit on the road.
The car don't shifted gears, and going no more than 60 km at 3000-3500 rpms.

After reset, or on cold it works as usual, shifting gears up to 6th until you stops at the first traffic light.

Diagnostics shown following errors:

P0733 Stored Gear Ratio Error in 3rd
P0734 Stored Gear Ratio Error in 4th
P0792 Stored Compounder Speed Ratio Error
U0100 Pending Lost Communication With ECM/PCM
U0121 Stored Lost Communication With Anti-Lock Brake Module

Then I had the transmission fluid and filter changed genuine ones, errors cleared, unit reset. But they immediately appeared again.

Overall performance increased, but the problem is still here.
Live data (if you would like I can upload it here) during driving shown that it going only until 3th gear, after transmission swithes to the limp mode.
Looking through this forum other users faced similiar problems, and I would make conclusion that this is more electric issue, like broken contact, lost ground or so on transmission sensors.

Also it need to note that I had once before the exactly the same issue on a rough road, but then it passed by itself and car continued to work properly couple of months.

Based on all this, please advice me how to start properly to find the issue.
I don't have official dealer here, and ordinary workshop offered dissasmble fully the transmission.
