Have you ever cleaned it?

If not start at that, water will do that over many years!

Take it off, no I don't know how on yours, and use something like a bottle brush to clean and flush out the inside of the tank.

Oil in the coolant gives a white creamy substance. Unless your oil is so old and black its managed to do that to it!!:o

It's good forum practice to keep a topic to one post, not multiples.

If admin could merge them it would be good!

In reply to your other picture, as per my previous suggestion. After that your head gasket could be gone. Or you're engine is toast. 

Can you check for an answer to my question on the state of the oil? If it's what I queried, very old sludgy and sooty, that could be a factor.
