Take it off, no I don't know how on yours, and use something like a bottle brush to clean and flush out the inside of the tank. Oil in the coolant gives a white creamy substance. In reply to your other picture, as per my previous suggestion. After that your head gasket could be gone. Or you're engine is toast. Can you check for an answer to my question on the state of the oil? If it's what I queried, very old sludgy and sooty, that could be a factor.
