Fault code

Good afternoon.  I have just been out in my Chrysler grand voyager 3.3L petrol automatic and the check engine light has come on.  Did the key turn and fault code P0406 is the only one showing.  What does this one mean and how do I fix it. (Typically have mot next week).

P0406 is associated with the EGR (Exhaust gas recirculation valve / sensor - it appears to be a common problem with the Voyager diesel - obviously the petrol version is not immune. You may be able to clear it with a good long run but no guarantees.
