electrical issue 300C 2006 5.7hemi

Hi , I have "panic" issue on my dashboard. Engine running and can drive. But indicators,brake light not working and more. Dash control lights flashing, speedometer and RPM switched off and work again. After "hard" reset couple minutes later all trouble are back. Thanks for any advice
