stevem Posted April 16, 2015 Report Share Posted April 16, 2015 Hi l recently purchased a 2003 plate voyager 2.5 crd lx to use as a taxi my local council refused to licence the vehicle to carry six passengers saying the rear bench seat is too small but they have licenced a grand voyager 2004 plate to carry six passengers as far as l can see the only difference is the grand voyager is about a foot longer but same seats inside.
