Srt Wheel Fitment

Question

Hi all and thanks in advance for any help,I have a 2010 300c v6 diesel crd,I've purchased a set of 20 inch 10 spoke srt alloys,(not srt design, the ones with srt stamped in the spoke,from the 6.1 hemi I think),I'm going for 245 45 20 tyres all round, offset is about 25mm,poss 25.5mm ,and bolt pattern 5x115,my question is will these fit ,its a uk car rear wheel drive .

Thanks was going to use the existing wheel nuts ,ihave the factory facelift alloys at the mo ,these should be ok shouldn't they?,my main concern was the new wheels being 9 inch wide,I've read a debate on the need for 3mm wheel spacer on front,with some saying required and others not !,anyways have purchased 3mm wheel spacers just in case ,and will try without first,looks like not a great lot of clearance for the suspension arm thingy !
