Ypsilon Self Repair, Parts Required

Question

Hey,

I have recently put my ypsilon through an MOT which failed due to worn rear shock absorber bushing and a worn F-nearside ball joint and a faulty brake light, they have asked for £1600 to repair it and I'm pretty sure that's more than it should be, so I've decide to do the repairs myself as I have some experience in mechanics, although getting the right parts can be a little tricky, is there certain dimensions for the bushing in the eyelet of the shock absorbers, what bulb is required and is there a specific model of ball joint required ?

Any help would be appriciated as I can't afford the MOT and need the car back on the road.
