I have diagnosed a very loud noise at idle to the auxiliary belt,
With the inner arch cover removed I can clearly see the problem is the belt flapping about like crazy
Its even slapping the engine.I have replaced the belt and the tensioner which instantly solved the problem, however around 100 miles later the noise has returned.
The tensioner can be seen moving about quite a lot more than I would have expected
