Cooling/ Heating Pipes

Question

Hi folks.

I need to replace the three pipes that run under my 2.8 crd, I know they are related to the heating/ cooling system almost certainly the flow/return and exhaust system for the auxiliary heater. I've attached a photo so you can see what I'm talking about.

The problem is I cant seem to find a set. I went to a breakers and recovered what I thought was the right ones but they were different enough to not fit (they were possibly off a 2.5 not a 2.8).

My questions are:

1. does any one have a spare set they want to sell?

2. does anyone know a part number or a reliable supplier?

3.Is it possible replace the metal pipes with flexible tubing

4. can this part of the system just be " looped out" or is it essential

5. why is it always so hard to find spare for my car!!!!

the answers to any or all of the above would be greatly appreciated.

Failing that, some gentle words of encouragement will just have to do.

thanks for your time

Andy
