I don't know if it's been mentioned before but, I run a '99 grand voyager TD which is mechanically sound but not so nice on the body. I have acquired, for very cheap, an '02 3.3 Limited XS with a blown engine. Would my Diesel engine/manual box and subframe fit in it, or is there more to it? Pedal box, gear linkage, fuel and exhaust aside, and the obvious wiring for the glow plugs, I'm mechanically confident and have access to everything I need. Just wondered if it can be done?

Hi guys, not new to voyagers, had a 2000 3.3 third generation for 3 years, fault free. Now own a 1999 2.5 turbo diesel, but has a bit of a weird issue. I've owned it for a month now, and do the same mileage every week, sometimes it uses an eighth of a tank and sometimes a quarter? I drive the same route every day, never changes. Any ideas? EGR springs to mind, but thought I'd check.
