  1. I don't mean to butt in on this post but does this mean ALL Voyagers have their speakers amplified and does this explain the high bass/volume levels I experience in my 2008 van? At a volume level of high 20's the bass really kicks in...is this due to them being amped??
  2. I've had this solved now after spending (to me anyways) a lot of £££. The replacement of the I/O gearbox sensors didn't work so the garage went for the TCM. It was corroded and also had a section missing from one corner! Why did Chrysler think the passenger wheel arch was a good place to mount something electrical?? :unsure:Anyways, the TCM was changed and normal gear service was resumed I hope this is the last of my problems with my van as I do love it to bits
  3. I managed to find a local specialist and they're replacing the input & output gearbox sensors today. Unfortunately, if this doesn't solve the problem then it is agin bein suggested that a new auto gearbox is fitted something we really cannot afford but also we cannot afford to just have a hunk of metal that doesn't go anywhere, so fingers crossed this change of sensors works.

    Hello All

Just joined this site, having BIG problems with my van so hoping this community can help me out.
  5. Hi all, newbie here We've only owned our 2.8D van for 3 months, 2007.5MY with 53K on the clock. A few days ago it 'boinged' and the OBD dash light illuminated. Ever since then it's been in 1 gear (1st or 2nd) I think it's more commonly known as 'limp home' mode. It's been in for diagnostics today and has come back with the following codes - P0725, P0700 & P1685. The garage are telling me that I need a new gearbox ....... So would this be right or might there be something less expensive causing this problem?? I tried disconnecting the battery to see if it cleared - it didn't - and also checked all fuses in the IPM Can anyone shed some light on what could be causing this problem please?? Thanks to all who contribute David
