Replacing the clutch in grand voyager, I have found most of the parts but I'm stuck on getting the guide tube that fits around the input shaft of the gearbox and the release fork. Are these parts common to any other Chrysler cars? Does anyone know where I can buy them? Thanks

Hi Where are fuel filters located? Is there just the filter in the plastic housing by the rear axle, or is there another in the engine bay? Thanks

2.5 crd only directs the heat to windscreen, the control doesn't seem to affect anything.

The BCM seems to be faulty on our 2003 CRD Grand Voyager. The rear doors won't open remotely, the switches on the B posts don't work. The overhead console functions are all not working either. Can the BCM be reprogrammed? Is this a Chrysler dealer job?

Replaced overhead console, still no joy. I believe the bodywork control module may be faulty, where is it and does anyone know a a part number for it?

On our '03 Grand Voyager the overhead console is not working, neither the display nor any of the buttons for the doors and tailgate. I removed it and checked the connection, all seems fine and the two courtesy lights are working so there is power there. Is there a fuse to check, or something else? Another odd thing, the heater display has gone from Celsius to Farenheit....

I have nearly removed the headlining board to glue on new fabric. Taken off all the lights, consoles and sun visors, along with side trims and seatbelt anchors and the board is almost free to come out. There are a lot of cables glued to the top of the board, is there a central plug and socket to release these as I can't see one. Do I have to pick off all the cables and somehow refix them on top of the board when replacing it? That would be difficult.. Model is 2003 Grand voyager LTD 2.4 CRD

Ok thank you I shall be trying bridging the contacts and see if the switch is the culprit!

No reversing lights on our CRD 2.4. I checked the relays and fuses, tested the bulbs, so I guess it's the switch on the gearbox. This is a manual box, how do you replace the switch and where can I buy one? Thanks

Are the racks identical between the voyager and grand voyager? What's the electric connection for on it, and can it be swopped from one rack to another? Thanks

Turns out it's the shock absorbers, the mountings at the top end of the struts are shot. So new shocks ordered!

No it is just on full right hand lock.

Our Grand Voyager CRD has started making a clunk on full right hand lock. Taken off both front wheels, nothing seems amiss, I greased the lower ball joints anyway but no improvement. Any thoughts?

The OEM Chrysler detachable towbar has a broken mechanism in the bar. Does anyone have a parts diagram for this so I can order new parts?

The aircon will not work, took the car to a garage today and they tried to recharge the system. They told me it was not possible to do this as there is a blockage in the circuit. Is there some filter or other source of a blockage? Any ideas on how to get the chiller working? Thanks

On our 2003 2.5 crd the abs warning light is showing. I replaced the o/s front sensor some time back as a trip to the garage highlighted it as faulty. I have a plugin Bluetooth to run Torque obd but it shows no errors. How can I identify which sensor is faulty? I have cleaned the front rings and sensors. The rear ones are shielded so should not have dirt on them Thanks

Hello everyone I'm a Brit living in Normandy with our trusty 2003 Grand Voyager 2.5crd that we've had from new. I like to do the maintenance jobs on our vehicles whenever possible. The car has been pretty reliable with one injector replaced, and an abs sensor fault, which has reappeared, so I'll be over on the main forum asking about that. Cheers Slash
