Hi my 2002 Neon was lacking power and nor accelerating and then surging.I have replaced the TPS but the problem continues.Any ideas?

Hi,my 2002 neon RT was juddering when accelerating and then surging.I have replaced the TPS but the problem still occurred and at idle the engine surges and dies.The fault code shows P0122.Any ideas
