Hey guys, I own a 2007 Chrysler Grand Voyager 2.8 CRD. It only has 76,000 miles on it and a good service history. As I was getting home today I was coming down my drive at around 25 mph which the car usually drives in 3rd, suddenly it (fairly violently) shifted down into 2nd at relatively high revs. I tried accelerating in hopes it would change up but it didnt, as this happened the CEL came on. I carried on to my house, it changed down fine and shifted into R fine, but I didn’t want to mess with it too much at night so I left it parked. Any ideas as to what this could be would be much appreciated.
