There are a number of videos covering this on youtube.
Unfortunately Chrysler uses a electroluminescent film for theese displays and you won't be doing this without a soldering iron and a new driver for it. It is quite an in depth repair Mine is still flickering and I have the parts (less the £10) to repair when I finally have time to.
Your best bet is to find an auto electrician and hope they can do it for you. Best of luck!
