  1. 2008 crd srt design. The touch screen satnav unit. Any updates for maps out there? Thanks Stu
  2. It doesn’t stream mate. I’ve recently worked that one out. Won’t even load to her via my iPhone so had to use usb drive. Are you able to get into settings of the HD’s and delete the songs?

  4. Right. What a muppet. Looked up codes and it was pointing towards a leaking air intake so today I took a good look at the T pipe mod. It turns out it was fine but I tweaked it anyway. The problem was when I did that I replaced the O rings in the intercooler pipe. The big U shaped clip that holds it tight to the resonator hadn’t engaged so it had popped off slightly. Fitted everything back together and double checked. Took out for a spin and all is well
  5. Codes are as follows ( turned off engine light after) P0299 P0107 P0670
  6. Hi. Only had the blooming thing over a week. Fitted a silicone T mod to the air intake pipe as plastic one had a crack and repair. Not sure what’s gone off. Everything looked ok. Could hear the turbo wind up though. Drove to work on the motorway this morning and got the lightning bolt and TPS came up as the chime. Stopped as soon as I got off and turned the car off. Waited a min and all was well. Set off home and it happened sooner. Now I have the check engine light also. Do you think it could be the throttle or possibly a leak in the system mod that would throw up the fault code? Gonna buy a new pipe though
  7. HI. I am trying to find out how can delete an EGR fault code (if I get one) when I block my EGR off but leave it in situe. Im buying a CRD so the first job is the EGR to give me a cooler air intake which improves economy (if there is one with the CRD) the next one will be the DPF delete but I feel I might have to get a re map for that. I was wondering if buying an OBD2 scanner is worth it if I cant do any one this. I'd like to fit after market parking sensors on the front also so dont want a fault flagging up for those If spending a little more for the one listed I"m more than happy.
  8. Hi people. Just finally decided to get myself a 300c now I don't need a car to commute anymore (120 miles a day 4 days a week) after much deliberation I have put a deposit down on a 08 CRD SRT model in rare black. Bought an oil catch can and silicone T pipe for the preventative dribbly oil on the swirl switch. Picking it up next week after spending a day swapping my insurance over. Honestly surprised that it costs the same to insure as my saab 93 and a hundred a year more to tax. fuel wont be as good but What an absolute beast. Anything else I should be expecting apart from the usual, hard on brakes n suspension considering fitting a front parking sensor thing (12 quid fleabay special.) as it's a big bugger. has anyone fitted a sensor? I'd need an ignition on 12 volt feed from the front then a way to feed the wires into to cockpit. thanks Stu
