Hi, just got this vehicle and it’s coming up with a dvd error message but before that I already tried to put a dvd in and it wouldn’t come back out, but to be honest I’m blind here as I didn’t get a handbook with the car so trying to figure out what all the buttons do. Is the dvd no good.? Also where can I get a handbook if they have all the answers in them. If anyone can help me out that would be great. Thank you
