2014 Grand Voyager Going In Limp Mode ?

Hi Can anyone help me After driving my Grand voyager for a short time the car goes into limp mode and all indicators / dash board stops working , i have to pull over disconnect the battery and then re-connect before it works again. Any ideas whats causing the problem Cheers
