Hi, Just had my 2008 Sebring mot'd and told exactly the same thing. Also told that the bushes can be extremely difficult to remove and the whole job can be expensive and involved. BUT... I've been told by a Rover owner that each MOT for the past 5 years he's been told the same thing. It could be that it's one of those advisory things that the MOT centres do to cover themselves.
