Hi! Please, please help a girl out!!! basically what has happened is my Chrysler 300c 2007 media hard drive has crashed, so I was not able to use sat nav, or radio, basically anything. I've brought a new hard drive now it lets me turn on the radio, accepts aux but I still can not use Sat Nav or Hands free as my phone won't connect, also cant use usb etc, that is sooo annoying! I know I need software for it to work again but where do I get this from??!?! I just got off chat with Chrysler US they told me to buy it from www.here.com but I could not find where on the web site so I went back to them and another advisor has advised that because it's a US website, it wont work for my Chrysler anyway?!?! like what?!?! never knew thet we use different software in the UK but ok? And when I asked him, so what do I do, he was like we are not sure?!!?!?! therefore he took my email and said they will be in contact within next 30 DAYS!!!!!! Has anybody had the same problem? please help.... I have tried looking for the software online using my vin, but all I can find is updates, and when I put my vin no in it says that I do not require any updates as I am all up to date.... please, please, please help.... Sorry if I'm being thick, I just do not know what to do.... Thanks, Eve
