dont think its like that, it does blow slightly warmer when moved to hot but is still cold, does anyone think it could be the thermostat stuck open? I did replace it about 4 years ago for a similar problem

hi ive got a 2004 2.5crd grand voyager and the heaters a blowing only cold air out! it had a thermostat replaced about 3 years ago, has got water in it and its circulating, also im getting the cooling fans running when I start every now and again
