Twangbangstrummer

Hi and thanks for adding me to the forum. I'm the owner of a 2009 Sebring convertible; the top and windows all go down fine, but when raising the top on the switch only the rear quarter windows come back up. I have to put the driver and passenger window up manually with the door switch? Is this right or do I have a problem? Thanks in advance! Neil
