I’ve had this, I’m afraid to say it’s a full gearbox rebuild.

Sorry, old topic I know, but I have an answer for the question. After a bit of googling, I managed to find replacements for my 2011 Voyager engine cover. Take one of the originals to a Mercedes garage, they are also used on Merc vans as it’s the same engine. I took them to Chrysler in Norwich and they quoted me a new cover.....typical. Walked across the road and problem solved! £11 or so later I had 5 new attachments for my cover, and is now solid. Steve
