If you leave it for a while yes.where would the crank sensor be located? I've looked and can't see anything.im assuming it would be Bell housing/engine block?

Hi guys, looking for some help. My 2.5 desiel has developed a weird problem. After a few miles she gives a cough, and soon after dies. I squirt some quick start into the airbox tube and she fires up again. It may give me hassle or will go the whole day with out a repeat. Please help I'm at my witts end
