  1. Well, I found 5 minutes to check the fluid level in the gearbox today. The level was a little lower than the last time I checked it about 6 months ago so I added half a litre of atf fluid thinking I had found the problem. Unfortunately, it made no difference as the fault light is still on and the engine won’t rev much above 2000rpm or change into top gear. If the weather is ok tomorrow I will see if I can get any fault codes and take you up on your kind offer Mike.
  2. Hi bignev, I don’t think they’re all lit up, just D or R when I select them.
  3. Hi Mike, thanks for your quick reply. I’m not too savvy about using software I don’t know, will I be able to load it onto my Android tablet and how would I connect to the car Ecuador’s? I currently use a Bluetooth connection between the obd2 connection and the tablet.
  4. As above plus engine speed seems to be restricted to about 2000rpm. Anyone have any suggestions where I should start to look? Where can I find a list of fault codes? I have the app Torque Pro on a tablet so hope to get any codes using that. Could it be caused by low fluid in the auto box or a battery or charging problem? All help and advice appreciated.
  5. Thanks BigNev, I had already selected the option to follow the thread. Cheers, Paul
  6. Thanks very much guys, I'll give that a go. Cheers, Paul
  7. Hello, Can anyone please tell me how to reset the Perform Service message which appears on the overhead display on my 2.8 Grand Voyager. The car was serviced just before I picked it up a week ago by the garage the dealer I bought it from uses. Thanks in advance.
  8. Hello, I've just signed up to the forum having bought a 2005 Grand Voyager 2.8 Limited in shiny black metallic with grey leather interior. I'm based in Arbroath on the sunny East coast of Scotland and am looking forward to many happy miles ahead.
