What head unit do you have is it a mygig uconnect unit and if it is what are the 3 letters under the aux port, also try a original cd and I know it sounds silly but you could try another wire if none of them work it might need a software update or it has other issues, you can also remove the unit from the car and then remove the hard drive if you have one for about a hour and then replace the unit. Hi all, This seems to be the best place to ask as many people do not look at the sebring section, can anyone help me I am looking for somewhere to purchase a new mygig uconnect hard drive as my one stats it a 20gig but under manage your head drive it says 10gig also can store stuff on it but nothing will play all other things work, so am going for a new hard drive, have updated it with the lastest software again but no joy, it's a 2.5" hard drive have looked on eBay but the fitting does not seem to be the same. Anyone got any places I can look at.

Hi there, I purchased the microphone through ebay from america, just go to ebay and type in mygig microphone look for a seller called jeepareus ( yes all one word) they have it for sale at 26.00 dollars and i paid 22 dollors postage and also royal mail fees of about £4 but all in all well worth it, and fitted it myself, just removed the radio from dashboard and plug it in to the centre hole on the back and then tuck the wire away. picture below of the unit, my radio is the rew type, you will need to check what you have but should be ok you will find that out under the aux port on the stereo. i also updated my stereo to 2013 uconnect update but sadley that was not cheap at £200 but again worth it as it now allows the radio to use your phone book on your phone instead of entering it verbally and updates quite a few other things as well. hope this helps any thing else please ask, sorry for not replying sooner as there are not many sebring owners out there. Hi there if it has a mygig system in it as the new models do then it should be pretty much up to date if it is a mygig system then they have TMC installed already and you can adjust the settings on to how you like but depends on year I have a 2007 sebring and it is the same model mygig system as in the new voyager 2014 model you can get updates from the chrysler dealers at cost and you can buy it on disc which I did and it cost £200 that was also to update the uconnect system in the unit as well for the phone. Hi All, Just joined today as thought I could help on a few issues I read so posted replies got my baby in June and love it have done few bits on it like update the mygig unit and replace cabin and air filter plus install microphone for uconnect all in all runs really well and a real head turner people love the bonnet. Hi there, I am also a newbie I had the same problem you need to check if your rear view mirror has microphone holes in the bottom if not you will need to purchase one you can either contact chrysler dealer or you can do what I did and that's buy one from eBay and it is really easy to install and works really well it cost me about £35 from the states but price could have changed now I know the postage cost $22.50 to ship to the uk I still have the sellers info if you need it.

Hi there, I have just join the forum see your message and I was looking for the same thing have been looking around for a update for my rew mygig unit. In the end contacted Horsham car centre here in Sussex and the only way to update it safely is to get them to do it, I also brought the latest update from them at the cost of £200 and it now works even better, if you have uconnect setup and of course a microphone installed as I do then the unit will use the phone book on you phone instead of entering it manually, I tried to look for updates on the internet but as they are from the USA they can corrupt your unit sadly the 2013 update still only accepts a 4 digit for the postcode but also updates the music side of the unit as well it does remove the jukebox button but I only use the hard drive button. Hope this helps a bit.
