2.5 Crd Cold Start Poblem

Battery is same as last year only had a few months car pulls like a train sometimes I get a lumpy idle also but no problem with performance -
I have 2001 grand voyager 2.5 crd it struggles to start when cold but starts no problem when warm changed glow plugs but still have issue any help would be appreciated thanks stuart
