Hello, My question is regarding the Chrysler Delta. During the latest hot weather, part of the top of my dashboard covering has become unglued. Along the edge of the stitching it's lifted up out the the join. Any suggestions please as to what glue would hold it down again? And also how to get it back down again as it's seems to have shrunk ever so slightly and doesn't want to tuck back in again. Many thanks in advance.

I have a Delta M Jet 1.9 I have noticed that sometimes when idling the car is vibrating. I thought it not be balanced properly so just had it checked by the garage. They said it's the clutch & that it would probably start rattling, though could last a while. Does that sound right? Any idea how much a new clutch would cost to get & install? Thanks

Thanks Penguin. Sorry about your glacier. I was also on the motorway heading to the airport at 4am when it came on. I suspected it was a resetting issue. I'll go back to them. I did check the oil level when I got back to the airport - found a very long dipstick with about an inch of flat just about the bottom of it. I assumed that was the region it needs to be but wanted to check. Many thanks

They are the ebay ones, and are new. I don't have the originals to compare the length unfortunately. When I switch them on, one gets caught the other, then suddenly comes free as they come up, with a big jold and some noise. Not 100% time though - but it is startling when it happens/

Hello - indeed I followed your wise advice , but those are the ones that are still knitting themselves - though not all the time. Another post mentions making sure they are aligned, but I can't see how to align them. Any advice?

My Delta was serviced 6 weeks ago, but the 'oil needs changing' light has just come on. It's done about 46k miles. I checked the service tab on the screen and it said something like service overdue. i checked the oil level, and if the little flat bit on the very end of the stick is the right area, the level is fine. Could the light be on due to the software not being updated - or something else? I am guessing there isn't an oil quality sensor - or is there?? Thanks in advance!!!

Thanks italoafo, they certainly have the right fitments and look the same as the originals. Unfortunately they are also knitting themselves together and getting tangled. Not sure what else I can try now...?

Found the circles!! The long one on the left (as you look out) is about an inch above the circle. The short one is much longer than the gap between the circles. Guess that's why they are colliding! Thanks

Hi I needed to change the wiper blades on my Delta and struggled to find any. I bought the ones Euro Car parts said were the right ones and despite there being 8 different fitments, none of them did. Frigged it in the end but they are clearly not right and the blades themselves keep getting tangled with each other. Where can I get the correct ones from please?

Hi I have just changed the battery on my 2012 Chrysler Delta. I am getting a couple of error signals related to ESP, steering control and hill control that I can't get rid of. What can I do? I can't find anywhere to put the security code. Can I drive the car? Thanks Ruth

Hello I have a 2012 Delta. Since I've had it, 3-4 times I have gone back to the locked car to find some or all of the windows partially or completely open. I left them closed. What's causing this? Thanks

I am pretty convinced it's related to the central locking. if I lock and unlock the car often enough the cap opens easily. It's either easy or impossible.

I'd be very interested to see how you get on! I had a dealer try to tell me it was my own fault for parking under a tree - which I don't.

I have the same problem - it takes 5-6 tries of locking and unlocking the car to get it released. One time, embarressingly it wouldn't open at all and I had to drive off. Been doing it for the 2 years I've had the car (1.9l Delta). Is there an emergency release?

Hello I am new to the forum. I wondered if anyone else has trouble with cleaning around the rear lights of their Delta? The outside edges of mine are full of green mould and even a pressure washer cant get it out. One side is worse than the other. (And no, I don't park my beautiful car under a tree!!!) I don't think the lights are seated properly otherwise the water (&mould) wouldn't get in. Or there should be more room to clean in there? I'd be interested to know about other cars?
