  1. Also sometimes it comes up with this. However not very often.
  2. So I purchased the said battery. And I'm still having the same issues. It is not saving anything I put in to the unit ie audio > FM fix > save a radio station > turn off ignition > turn on ignition and then it goes back to the first screen which is this picture.
  3. Apparently it's not a very old battery. But when they cost £200 plus I refuse to buy another one if it hasn't lasted that long. Maybe it's faulty. But I'll buy a different make I think.
  4. Radio-bodge? My current battery is an excide from memory but will check when I'm home
  5. So I think I need a new battery. What's the best one to go for as the car struggled to start this morning
  6. Yeah sorry I know it's connected but apparently I don't have to have it done. Just wanted people's views
  7. I am having a full service including cam belt done. Should I get the water pump done at the same time? I know it's going to cost more as its a pain to get to.
  8. I'm way down in Kent but thanks for the offer. It is an RB3 and as far as I'm aware a factory fit as it has the DVD screen on the rails, and 6 cd changer.
  9. I don't think there is anyone round here I know with a big battery. This is the battery check from halfords on a yuasa battery checker.
  10. Ok so basically get the battery checked by someone other than halfords. Is there anything else it could be if the battery is good?
  11. I was wondering for a battery test, if I were to hook up another battery to it from my Zafira like I was jump starting it, would there be any risks in doing that to see if the radio saves anything that time?
  12. If that's all it is then I would be very happy lol. I think I need a cam shaft sensor too but booking it for a big service this week what a beautiful car they are though. So comfy!
  13. I've found that if I just turn off the ignition and put the key back in it still doesn't keep the stations or any changes. I have had to jump start it as the day after i got the car the gauges did the sweep all the way around. Halfords did a battery check but I'm still wondering if it might need a new one even though they say it was done last year and it's never saves it's presets since
  14. Hi guys thank you so much for the replies. I've only had the car a few days. As far as I'm aware it's from factory that way. It's an 08 so last of the gen4 I'm guessing as its not the newer box shape. I'll give the key way ago as I'm only using the fobs at the moment.
  15. My battery is an excide http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecp/c/Chrysler_Grand+Voyager_2.8_2007/p/car-parts/electrical/car-electrics-and-car-lighting/car-battery/?444776010&1&60477278467ff9a4d410d6fa4710efce00bc334b&000020says it is 50Ah on it and 450Wh is this a good battery for the car with electric doors and boot and DVD? It doesn't do many long journeys
  16. I would change it but worried as I don't have the code. The previous owners said it did it after they had it replaced but I think the current battery Says 450wh, 50Ah, 750A
  17. Hi, every time the ignition is turned off and on my radio looses all its settings. It's really starting to frustrate me but can't find a solution. I don't have the radio code either. It isn't one which has memory seats which I have read about online. Any ideas?
