under either the filter or pump will be a release screw as diesel sits on top of water drainage it till its just diesel1 point

I cannot say for certain with the Voyager, but the first port of call would be the fuel filter. If you are lucky emptying it will solve the issue, the next step would be to look at changing it. Trev1 point
