  1. My wife has a 2008 sebring crd. The clutch was going straight to the floor and losing fluid, so my mechanic replaced the master cylinder (with a second hand one, as the local dealer couldn't supply a new one).

    There is now no leak, but pressure is still being lost, requiring the pedal to be pumped 15-20 times to get it functioning for a short time.

    Has anybody had the same problem or can advise a solution?

    i had that problem it was the clutch slave cylinder which is located within the gear box 

  2. Hi again, I don't know what my husband has done but now I cannot open the drivers door and I am having to get in and out the car from the other door  :angry:

    have you had a recall notice about the sebring door locks being faulty ?

    I had that proble, it turned out to be the contric slave cylinder which is located inside the gearbox you could also try bleeding the air out the system
