  1. Hello Did anyone ever try to drain the coolant on the European 2,8 CRD version? This is the last part of my service program but i cant seem to get the draining plug out of the radiator? Facing the wheel, on the left hand side, at the lower part of the radiator there should be a draining tap. I have found the little pipe were you are supposed to attach the hose for draining the coolant. On top of that there is a red plastic thingor nut with a tiny hole in it? I have tried every tool i own trying to get it out but nothing seem to fit? I dont want to use too much force since this is a plastic thing and i assume it will brake if i get too violent. Does anyone know if this requires some special tools, a plastic special dealer tap or something like that? On every other car i have owned the tap is attached but on the European Chrysler....not. Grateful for all the tips&tricks i can get since there is nothing on the web for this specific version.

  3. Hi there, I'm replacing the head gasket and other worn parts on my Chrysler Voyager 2.0L 16V 98KW gasoline, year 1996 , VIN: 1C4GYN2C7VU106456 . I'm having troubles finding the right P/N of the two main water hoses connected to the radiator. The local dealer unexpectedly has wrong drawings for that car. I attach a picture of it, hoping that someone may have this piece of info. The radiator is non-original part, AVA Deutschland, CR2029. My dream would be to get somewhere a full manual with every single P/N of this car... including these two hoses! I'd appreciate any help on this :-) Any clue? Thanks a lot, Best regards Giulio
  4. I have fitted a new radiator to a 2.8 CRD and cleaning the system with some water prior to putting the anti freeze in. I have realised that i can only fit 8 litres of water into the system. meaning that 5.8 litres of water is remaining in the system. Is there any reason for this
