Sadly have to sell. My daughter uses it while Im away, last autumn she broke down on M40, [Was a fluid leak from rack]. 12 hrs before AA got to her. [ scared the ---- out of her] Then they charged her 600 quid to get her 80 mile home....Even tho have spent 1000's she now refuses to drive the thing. Just had a pre MOT done [has a Mot til May I think] needs a sill and ABS light on having changed all the sensors. Done in last few K's Front end rebuild inc steering rack, tie rods, drop links, struts etc etc , radiator, thermostat, egr and egr solinoid, front wheel bearing pads inc rear, nivomats off and replaced with good used ones plus new bushings, alternator, [water pump/chain etc 2 1/2 yrs ago] Last year had new filter/fluid changed on box plus engine oil changed [1000 mile since] air filters both engine and pollen. Starts on the button runs great [I keep seats stowed mostly as lower gravity really helps with driveability] Has the luggage cover, roof rack and all the 'bits' supplied when new inc headphones ect [never use any of them so always stored indoors] As I say I love this thing, even moved home with it [rather than hire a van] Hoping to sell before the 24th as leave country again for 3 months so need to have her set up before doing so. I have owned the car since 2008. It has covered only 42k and is in excellent condition, inside and out and is fitted with factory satnav. It has had a recent new battery, new discs, pads and callipers on the front plus a new alternator and starter motor. I have maintained the car to a high standard. The reason for the sale is that during the first COVID lock down the car developed an ABS fault which I have been unable to resolve, despite taking it to numerous garages but none had the correct diagnostic equipment. It had a similar fault a few years ago that was easily fixed by the main dealer but they have since closed. It has also suffered from the dreaded lightning bolt of death that these cars are unfortunately prone to. To remedy this I have fitted a swirl flap emulator. It is with a very heavy heart that I have come to realise that I need to part company with my beloved Chrysler Grand Voyager. 2 years ago I started preparations to replace the rear crankshaft oil seal. Unfortunately I had to divert my attention to repairing my son's and then my daughter's cars and now, when I had hoped to get back to it, I have found out that I need to move house and won't have the time to do the work. I would much rather let the car go at a very reasonable price to someone who will return it to the road - rather than sending it to be scrapped. I have the parts for the oil seal as well as a new clutch plate (which was an obvious thing to replace at the same time.) I also have a refurbed power steering pump that I was going to fit as the old one is a little noisy. It's a 2.5CRD with a manual 5-speed gearbox on a 53 plate. On a long run it gets just shy of 40mpg (why did they stop making manual gearbox versions?!) If you are interested, or you know of someone who would be, please get in touch. Hello I hope everyone is keeping safe, as we are in Tier 4 I am conscious of restrictions and all precautions should be observed. It is with a heavy heart that after 9+ years and 61k miles our intimate relationship must come to an end and I am selling my Voyager LX 3.3 but not to worry a new relationship is being formed with a Grand Voyager 3.3. Chrysler Voyager LX 3,3L Petrol (2003), Automatic, Silver, 102195 miles, 12 months MOT First the good bits: 12 months MOT (18th December 2021) The car has been serviced every year or as necessary where possible using Mopar parts. 2020: replacement radiator fan. 2019: New Alternator, Mopar Transmission Fluid, Mopar Oil, Mopar Antifreeze, Champion Spark Plugs, Denso Air Filter, Cabin Air Filter, Mopar Oil Filter, PCV, Mopar Spark Plug Cables. 2018: New Catalytic converter, 2 x Mopar Oxygen Sensors, Idler, Belt, Tensioner, Brake Pads & Discs, Callipers, Service. 2017: New Denso AC Compressor. Document Folder and two sets of Keys. All MOT's available And the not so good bits: The head lining is heading south. The passenger seat heater does not work. Some small bodywork scrapes.
