  1. I am looking for a workshop manual for my 2010 Chrysler Grand Voyager 2.8 CRD. (5th Gen) I need to replace the front aircon evaporator. I do not want to damage the dashboard , so I would like to strip according to the manual. Also the car vibrates at idle. All four engine and gearbox mountings were broken , so I replaced them with polyurethane mountings and the car is better , but still vibrates. I suspect the mountings may be too hard , but the car idles at around 700 rpm and if I pick the revs up to 950-ish rpm it stabilizes. The fuel pressure regulator is also apparently faulty. I have just bought one and I am wondering if that isn't why the idling seems low. Workshop manual will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance
  2. Hi all, Passenger side is blowing hot air, drivers side is blowing ice cold. Both temperatures are set to LO. Windscreen is perpetually blowing regardless of direction setting (feet, front or demist). Anyone know if it's the actuator, and if so, what's the solution? Cheers
  3. 2002 Chrysler Grand Voyager Problem: Aircon fans not working - replaced resistor and transducer - still not working - KwikFit regassed - fans now working BUT not aircon in front - blows warm - rear is fine - nice and cold! So obviously compressor is working as it now triggers fans, and can be visually seen cutting in and out. KwikFit said no leaks and correct amount of gas used etc (didn't charge as it wasn't working!) Why would it work in the rear but not the front?? Any ideas please!
  4. I've just had the outer part of the aircon clutch fall off, obviously the bolt has fallen out & vanished and I just found half a snap ring too so..... I need a snap ring and the centre bolt to hold it all together, any suggestions where I can find them? REALLY want to avoid buying & fitting a new compressor. Cheers
