Head Light Bulb Types Facelift 2004 To 2007

Hi Guys

Having struggled to find the correct type for the fog lamp bulb for the facelift model, with round fogs, I thought I would stick them on here for info now I've been under the car and popped one out:

Halfords list it incorrectly - anyone need some HB4 (9006) bulbs?

 

Low Beam - H7

High Beam - H9

Side lights - W5W

Fogs - H10 (also called 9145)

 

Hope that helps someone.

 

On the low beam - try HID conversion kits - cheap as chips currently. I paid £12.99 inc delivery

 

Looks like a few of us have tried them!

many thanks for saying about hid lights i done mine and i can now see like day light  and not by candle light with no one flash in me to say too bright

any chancee of attaching the ebay link. I am getting all kinds of conflicting information about canbus  and not canbus etc.. :-(

Jolly good result you found this - better than me, however not got the info from 2 years ago!

 

Do not worry about canbus, doesn't apply to ours

i had too many people flashing me with hids in dip bean had to just have them in high beam

think about extra earth strap and one from alt to battery +

I guess you tried running the headlights angled down a bit?

 

I've not had problems with our 05 annoying people, just checking above it's well over 2 years now since I did them!!

 

I run them on my Renault Master as well. But people don't notice the high beam flash them - or is that because they can't believe a van is letting them out or accross???  :-)

 

You can see the high beam flash - I've checked!!!!!!
