Hi there, we had a 2002 Grand Voyager Ltd with this problem, apparently not uncommon, if you have no fan speed control at all - stays on full - but all other functions work.

And the only way to turn the fan off is to pull out the fuse!

There is a resistior type box with aluminium heat sink finning behind the glove box, ours was a 3.3 petrol with the 3 zone climate, and I got one from a very helpful Chrysler dealer in Barnsley for around £90 delivered. He had it in stock, for what was at that point an 11 year old model - guess they sell a few! Some breakers wanted more than that for a used one!

And well what do you know, our 2005 has just done the same thing, again.

Only this time the resisitors are far more readily available, part number 04885482AC, and only £20 to £30 on that wonderful market place ebay.

i got one only a few miles from home, £20, fitted and sorted, well for now.......
