Question

Hi, I own a 2007 Chrysler Sebring Limited 2.0 CRD, Sedan, diesel.

It's been already two years since I am looking for an answer and I just don't find.

It's talking about the correct oil for my car.

The manufacturer advice to use synthetic oils with viscosity 5w30, 5w40, etc.

And ACEA A3/B3, A3/B4 or A3/B4 C3.

All is clear!

When going to the oils guide of all manufacturers (Castrol, Ravenol, Motul, etc, etc) they all recommend exactly the oils that the manufacturer of my car advice to use.

All the oils are Acea A3/B4.

But there comes a big a question now...

When going to the approvals of all these oils I can find VW 502.00, VW 505.00.

This engine is a pomp duze (nozzle pomp) engine. And as far as I know I need VW 505.01 or VW 507 for this engine. But in this case these oils with VW 505.01 or 507.00 approvals are not Acea A3/B4.

I don't know what oil to chose...

The manufacturer says clearly that it needs Acea A3B4...

Maybe you can help.

Thank you.
