Question

Hi. Just purchased a used 1.6 Dr muljijet @ 45000 . Garage has done the not and they have managed to locate one front and one back coil spring which the car failed mot on . What do I need to look out for on the car. I would be greatful for any advice . Regards

Welcome Haq - The Delta will cost you no more than any other FCA product - just don't go for Chrysler parts - they are Lancia in all but the box name. You can get any Delta part in the UK via a good Fiat dealer as long as you have the part number although most cost effective will be via ebay etc. The Delta 3 uses many common FCA parts especially from the Fiat Bravo.

Hi . I've landed into the first issue. When accelerating the car judders sometimes and you fell a slight loss in power. It's a 1.6 at diesel multijet.

It's almost impossible to diagnose issues over the internet. It could be a boost leak, from the bottom hose having a tear in it, to a turbo actuator fault?

 

You need diagnostics to see if there's a fault code stored, or if that doesn't reveal anything, a visual inspection of the hoses, and then a process of elimination...
